Ongoing Professional Development Wallbridge & Gilbert is committed to the professional development of all team members within the organization. Career tracking and technical development are regularly reviewed to ensure employees are achieving the necessary training to progress their careers in their chosen direction. Graduate Engineers are inducted into the W&G Professional Development Program. The program was established in close collaboration with Engineers Australia in order to provide graduates a structured approach towards CP Eng accreditation and registration on the National Professional Engineers Register NPER.
